Born and raised in the picturesque Kahalu'u, Oahu, HI, Sandi Makaiau is a seasoned management professional with over 30 years of experience in administrative and operational roles across various industries. Her diverse background encompasses banking, timeshare, hospitality, restaurant management, commercial cleaning, and parking operations, showcasing her versatility and expertise in different business environments.

With more than 25 years dedicated to parking management, Sandi has developed a keen understanding of customer service and operational efficiency. Earlier this year, she embarked on a new entrepreneurial journey by founding HBSM LLC, which includes Ho'ohana Parking, Ho'ohana Cleaning, and Ho'ohana Business Management. Through these ventures, Sandi aims to deliver exceptional service while fostering strong relationships with her clients and community.

Sandi lives by the motto, "To Live with Aloha is to Serve with Aloha," which reflects her commitment to serving others with kindness and respect. She embraces the Hawaiian saying, "E hana pu i pa'a pono ka pilina i ke aloha," which translates to "Working together to firmly strengthen relationships." This philosophy guides her business practices and interactions, emphasizing collaboration and community engagement.

4. Enforcement: Monitoring  and enforcing  of parking rules.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning: Keeping parking areas clean, safe, and operational.

6. Event Parking: Organizing parking logistics for special events.

7. Technology Integration: Installing and managing parking equipment (e.g., ticket machines, access control), as well as hands free payment options (QR Code)

This has been the newest addition to our services.  By building relationships we have been able to expand to general commercial office cleaning.

2. Floor Care: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.

3. Carpet Cleaning: Currently general vacuuming.

4. Restroom Sanitation: Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, restocking supplies.

5. Trash Removal: Emptying trash bins and managing waste disposal.

7. Specialty Cleaning: Post-construction cleaning, deep cleaning, and event clean-up.
